Let it Shine online class, first creation

I´m taking another online class, this time it´s a bit out of my confort zone because it involves a lot of shiny and gold stuff. It´s called Let It Shine. I found Carissa Wiley a while ago on Youtube and fell in love with her style, specially her compositions. She loves shiny stuff, sparkle, glitter, gold...so it´s something I wanted to try, and I´m kind of surprised of how much I´m loving all this bling!

Estoy tomando otra clase online, esta vez es algo fuera de mi zona de confort porque envuelve muchas cositas brillantes y doradas. Se llama Let It Shine. Encontré a Carissa Wiley en Youtube hace unos meses y me encanta su estilo, en especial las composiciones que hace. A ella le encantan las cosas brillantes, purpurina, dorado... así que era algo que quería probar, y estoy bastante sorprendida con lo mucho que me está gustando todo este brillo.

 So here is my first project, for lesson 1, I´m planning to work on at least one project per lesson, but I´m already behind....I´ll do my best.
Aquí está mi primer proyecto, para la lección 1. He planificado hacer por lo menos un proyecto por lección, pero ya voy con retraso...Haré lo mejor que pueda.

 On this card I used gold embossing powder for the flower and the strip of gold on the side. I used Copics to color the flower.
Para esta tarjeta utilicé polvos de embossing dorado, tanto para la flor como para la tira dorada del lado. Utilicé Copics para colorear la flor.

 For the sentiment I used a glitter paper that I bought millions of years ago (well, more than 7...) and haven´t been able to use, so this was the perfect project to use it.
Para el mensaje utilicé un papel con purpurina que había comprado hace millones de años (más de 7 años...) y no había podido usarlo nunca, así que me viene perfecto para este proyecto.

I love top folding cards, so this one is no exception!
